所有考題系針對候選人專案管理知識、技巧、與工具在實務之運用而設計,故無單一
考試偏向的顧慮。 就本考試言,專案管理教育訓練基礎文檔是A Guide to the
Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK(r) Guide),建議候選人應著重理論
于實務應用的經驗,因為釵h考題屬情境判斷性質,尤其自2003年起,這種考題所占
比例已顯有快速增加之勢。釵h隻祇靠熟讀書籍和PMBOK的人或參加PMBOK知識內容訓練
課程者之所以遭滑鐵盧之主要原因也正在此!本考試共計200題四選一之選擇題,而候
選人必須通過大約140題的及格門檻。考試題庫每年由PMI檢核並更新。 有鑒於此,
慧泉之專業訓練包括〝專案管理通則與實務〞、〝PMP/CAPM考前培訓〞與〝團隊協力
復習研讀〞三階段。

自2002年3月4日起,所謂PMP〝專業責任〞( Professional Responsibility) 業已被
加入考試範圍之中,候選人應嬝炕店M業行為條例〞(the Code of Professional
Conduct)。.現將總計200題的結構分佈詳列於下:

專案規劃(Project Planning) - 23.5%

It hard to imagine a time when A Guide to the Project
Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide) wasn around. Yet,
just twenty years ago, PMI volunteers first sat down to distill
the project management body of knowledge. Their hard work
